Bailee is the founder and driving force behind Montana Med Spa and Wellness. She is dedicated to helping others achieve their best selves through holistic wellness and advanced aesthetic care. With a background in critical care and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Montana State University, Bailee has honed a meticulous and compassionate approach to patient care that seamlessly translates into her aesthetic practice.
Her journey into aesthetics began 5 years ago while travel nursing in Seattle, when a respected provider recognized her potential and encouraged her to pursue the art of injecting. That moment sparked a passion that led Bailee to complete extensive hands-on training and certifications across Montana, Washington, Florida, and Arizona—learning from some of the best in the industry. These diverse experiences shaped her belief that aesthetics is both a science and a craft.

Abby Driscoll, BSN, RN is a Registered Nurse and aesthetic injector at Montana Med Spa & Wellness. With a strong clinical background in obstetrics and women’s health, Abby brings a compassionate, detail-oriented approach to patient care. Her experience has fostered a deep commitment to helping individuals look and feel their best through every stage of life.
Abby’s transition into aesthetics was driven by a long-standing passion for the aesthetic and wellness industry and a desire to empower others with confidence and self-assurance. She specializes in creating subtle, balanced results that enhance each client’s natural features while preserving their authenticity.
A proud Montana native, Abby is honored to serve her local community. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Montana State University in 2021. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, baby girl, and their chocolate lab, Gator.
Kayla Boltz is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and serves as Medical Director at Montana Med Spa. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Montana State University and her Master of Science in Nursing, with a focus in Family Nurse Practice, from the University of Cincinnati. Kayla began her career across multiple stages of care — including transitional care, hospice coordination, labor and delivery, and women's outpatient health — experiences that shaped her deep appreciation for caring for women and families throughout every stage of life.
As Medical Director, Kayla blends evidence-based medicine with a thoughtful, individualized approach to aesthetics and wellness, overseeing the clinical standards and protocols behind every treatment at Montana Med Spa. She has a strong interest in preventative care, metabolic health, and hormone evaluation, and is passionate about helping patients feel confident and supported in how they look and feel. Outside the clinic, Kayla enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, and their two dogs — as a family, they love the outdoors, camping, and helping on their family ranch.

After serving our country for 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, Randi chose to follow her passion for skincare and helping others feel confident in their own skin. As a wife, devoted mom to two boys, veteran, and esthetician, she brings an incredible combination of strength, compassion, and attention to detail into every treatment she performs.
